  When we decided to sell our luxury home on the “Hillside” in White Rock, we interviewed a number of top realtors in White Rock over the phone.  We asked each realtor the same questions and decided on two realtors to interview in person.  Cindy and her business partner Robert Pybus were amazing and the only two in real estate who easily had impressed us the most in our 1 hour long telephone interview.  We invited them to our gorgeous home and they impressed the heck out of us from the moment they walked in the door.  Cindy and Robert were very prepared, actually for business people such as us to be floored by their expertise is astounding. 

They had done there research about our home and sales in our specific neighbourhood and the luxury market, knew the area like the back of their hand and were ready with the price at which they thought we should list our property.  In fact Robert\'s reports were remarkable and actually predicted the market fluctuations with uncanny accuracy!  This was a real estate team who truly wanted to do their best for us and were ready to hit the ground running among many things. 

 

During the one month that it had taken Cindy and Robert to find a buyer for our house, they worked long and hard for us and diligently tracked us all over B.C. and Washington State with offers and counter offers while we were away from home on vacation and business.   Robert in particular gave us terrific professional advice and really got the job done for us.  A true wiz. 

 

Before we interviewed them, we checked their website and had noticed how many of their former clients seemed to have become friends with Cindy and Robert.   After working with them both, we can understand why!  Cindy and Robert are honest, very professional, diligent, warm, friendly and effective. Cindy and Robert are the genuine article.

We like to think that it was us that came up with Cindy\'s real estate nickname, The Queen Of The Hill, but it was her business partner Robert, is suits her perfectly!

Want to read a great story??? Well don’t continue. Just joking, this is our little story of how we met Cindy Russell and Robert Pybus and got the deal of a lifetime.
My husband and I both were working for the Fraser Health Authority and because of downsizing my husband lost his job of 14 years. So the dilemma of what to do next comes up??? We decided to make the move of our lives. We have always wanted to move to Vancouver Island…..away from all the craziness of living in the “big city” and here is the fun part….. my husband wanted to sell the house on our own to save the commission. (Which normally I would have gone for, being a very good Dutch girl, my parents have taught me to save every penny). But my husband had already gotten a job on the Island which meant that “I” not “him” would have to take on the selling of our house. Something about having strangers come through the house without my husband there was not appealing in the least. So I gave him 3 weeks to do it his way and if the house didn’t sell in that time, I was getting the very best real estate team I could find in White Rock luxury property market!

Well, I never had to go find a real estate agent or team; they came knocking at our door with the most enthusiastic, honest and terrific personalities you could ever imagine!  My theory was anyone who comes looking to sell our home..that is already fabulously successful..is who we want to represent all of our real estate transactions. They want the job and are willing to do the work needed to sell it. So Cindy Russell, hand business manager and consultant Robert Pybus and their amazing real estate team were hired. And to make a great story even better, they negotiated full price because of the great job they did for us. In a matter of less than two weeks that is two!!!! So as you are reading this, we are living our dream of laid back Island life.
